Mushara hosted a Wine tasting at the Lodge, organized by Komnik & Frank from Windhoek (Blaauwklippen agents) in conjunction with Blaauwklippen Wine Estate from Stellenbosch. Blaauwklippen was represented by Rolf Zeitvogel – Managing Director & Winemaker at the estate, which was established in 1682 and which has remained a vital part of the world-famous Stellenbosch wine route.
The event was a great success. Eighteen guests took part, and at dinner time the guests had a chance to pair the excellent food with the fine wine, as well as gorgeous gin, brandy and grappa..
Rhona Strauss, the chef consultant for The Mushara Collection, prepared the food for the evening with the Mushara Chefs. It was fine-dining through and through, pleasing on the eye, on the palate and of course, even more so when paired with incredible wines on offer.
